Can't edit or save in CiviEvent
April 28, 2010, 07:15:03 am
I was successfully using CiviEvent last week, and then I uploaded some new modules (WYSIWYG and CKEdit and some others), ran the update script, and now I can't edit or even save existing or new Events. I click on the Save, Save and Done, or Cancel button and nothing happens. Also, I used to get a drop-down calendar in the date block of the Event configuration form and now I don't. It's like the whole Event module can't communicate with the rest of CiviCRM.

I've gotten 12 views but no replies on the Events daughterboard, so I thought maybe it is a higher-level problem and so I've escalated this to a more general board.  Thanks for any help.

I got distracted from this problem, but it seems to have cleared up. I have, in the past week, uploaded three new events successfully. Maybe I did an upgrade that fixed the problem (and caused a new one in CiviMail). I think I will try to do a clean upgrade this weekend and see if it solves the problems.
