Why do Google Searches not find CiviCRM documentation?

Why do I never find any links to CiviCRM documentation from Google searches?  Are you blocking Google from spidering the site?

For example I just searched for "CiviMember Roles Sync" on google and no where does http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/CiviMember+Roles+Sync show up.  This also happened when I did a "CiviCRM cron" search.  In fact, I am not sure I have ever seen any links to wiki.civicrm.org from Google.

Am I the only one who is experiencing this?  If not, can someone fix it up?

i typically do:

CiviMember Roles Sync site:wiki.civicrm.org
CiviMember Roles Sync site:civicrm.org
