When a Membership is renewed at the back-end there is no option to record the 'received' date for the payment. In order to record this one then has to open up the relevant Contribution and alter it from the 'current date' which is what is put in by default.

Will this be a relatively simple step of inserting the 'receipt date' in to the 'record payments' form in the way that is appears in the 'create membership' form?

Also, if we want to record the "Date Renewal Entered" for non-expired membership (so we can identify when renewals were made) what will be involved in making that field available in Search and Reports?
