References and gotchas for CiviCRM for small repertory theater
April 29, 2010, 10:00:25 am
Hi all!

I'm doing some pro bono volunteer work in my community and a local repertory theater group needed some help to track contacts, donations and events.  I had seen CiviCRM and was impressed enough to show it to them.

They are really thinking about moving ahead, but would like to see if there's anyone else out there that uses it in the same fashion and would also like some references if possible.  They are a small group (about five people) doing Shakespeare throughout the mid-Atlantic states.  They would like to track their donor program, possibly create events for ticketing purposes and memberships.

They would especially like to hear about any gotchas.

I have significant experience in the CRM and ERP markets - but only on the for-profit side.  Please feel free to contact me!

Thanks

Hands On is one of the only organization of its kind offering not only interpreted performances in the not-for-profit theatrical arena, but information on deafness and the arts across the city and country.

This site uses Drupal and CiviCRM for ticketing.
