I need a tutor - $ available

I'm self taught in all this and need someone to help me understand what's going wrong with our civiMAIL/CiviSMTP installation. Is there someone in the SF Bay Area who might be interested in helping out this way? Alternatively - someone who can debug what I've done. Moderate recompense is available.
