Offline Contributions not Secure https

The offline contribution link on the contribution tab does not resolve to a secure link (https).
It appears that is triggered in CRM/Contribute/Invoke.php, line 107. I tried adding "offline" to the IF statement as that's the second URL argument for the page, but it errors.

I added an issue tracker item (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-2339), but am hesitant to give the organization staff a green light to use that tool as it is currently not secure. I'm tinkering with things, but if anyone knows a fix, please let me know.
