I lost my HTML editing tools - no WYSIWIG

When I'm creating a mail template I need the HTML editing tools.  I'm not skilled enough with HTML code to manage without them.

Can you provide more details ?

We do provide an HTML editor (and a text version too) for composing mails.

You might wanna check if the WYSIWYG Editor is set in  Site Preferences section under Administer →  Configure →  Global Settings here :
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/display&reset=1
