Hi,
When i view the participants of an event, some of them are listed by their email address and others show last name, first name. How do i change this to show last name, first name only for all registered users of an event?

hi there

if a person registered for your event and they did not enter their first name and last but only entered their email then you will only see their email.

to be able to see their first name, last name, and email, you will need to create a profile like the one on the demo

once you create the profile, you can add your new profile to your online registration form.

Hi, I have done that at it works fine. the problem is with the participant listing. If i export all the PRIMARY fields, the sort name and display name have a mixture of email addresses and the first/last name. if i do a custom export of my profile fields, i get all the correct data. what i want to fix/change is the Events / Dashboard / registered users list. that is where the combination of email and names appears.
