Hello - this is a real newbie question; I am probably using the wrong terms, but I'd like to create another login for someone to access my CiviCRM (standalone). The closest I can find in the documentation is how to pair contacts with existing users. Am I write to call these other people "Users" (as in, not profiles)? Is there a registration URL that I am not seeing?
