Tag sets

Hello,

In the documentation (http://en.flossmanuals.net/CiviCRM/GroupsAndTags) Tag Sets are explained.
But in my civicrm 3.1.4 with drupal 6 I can not find them.

Do I miss some configuration or are Tag Sets for civicrm 3.2?

Will it be possible to change current type tags into tag sets?

We are using civicrm now internally, but need to make parts of it available externally as well within a few weeks. Tags are important to that and I can not afford unstable systems.

We can help test 3.2 on this issue in a test environment. But would like some advice if 3.2 would be stable enough to expose externally within a few weeks.

we are shooting for a 3.2 public alpha by the end of the month

you should be able to manually via UI (or batch via the DB) reorganize your current tags to tagset

depends on your comfort level if you want to expose an alpha release externally. We do try and patch bugs fairly quickly and get new releases out every week
