Hi,

I tried to enter people with state: Kosovo and failed.

Kosovo is not part of the civicrm country list. That makes sense because kosovo is also not part of the ISO_3166-1 list on wikipedia.

Is there a proper to handle situations like this in civicrm?

Create the entry by hand on civicrm_country... or limit yourself to "official" countries
