Feature Request: Add Contact Type to reporting filters

As a trade association, our dues paying members are the organizations that join us; however, we use employer/employee relationships to extend membership status to their employees.  So, without being able to narrow the membership reports to organizations, they are not very helpful.

Also, this may be a wishlist item, but will there ever be a way to save Advanced Searches as reports, or save and add them to dashboard?
