Civicrm and phocaPDF component in Joomla

Has anyone tried using civicrm and phocapdf?

There seems to be some kind of a bug. After I install phocapdf I cant use civi anymore. I just get a white screen when I try to access civi. There are no errors in the apache or php log so I have no idea what could be wrong.
If I uninstall phocapdf, civicrm is fine.

Any ideas?
