Joomla Online Contribution Pages not working

We just recently upgrade to 3.1.4 from 2.1 and now my online donations do not work.  The online contributions work is I do a test drive or via live contribution page but the links that we had prior on our website do not. 

I have gone into Joomla and recreated pages via the Administrator menu manager.  But those links do not seem to work and I do not know why.

Any suggestions????
