Install issue - Failed opening required file - PEAR

Failed opening required 'CRM/Core/Config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear')

I'm on a long-time working Joomla 1.15 site, php 5.2.9, MySQL 5.0.77. I think I have the permissions right, and I certainly have other Joomla components working well.

Any suggestions where to start and what to check? One item, does the path string above look correct?

Any suggestions received gratefully. :-)

 ::) Okay, my bad.

I uninstalled and then reinstalled just in case there was a problem during installation. This resolved the issue, and now I'm learning CiviCRM.
