Hi
running step 8 [upgrade script] in the upgrade process from 3.0.2 to 3.1.5 fails with

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
CiviCRM upgrade was successful.
DB Error: no such field
Database Error Code: Unknown column 'civicrm_custom_field.date_format' in 'field list', 1054

I then disabled all non core modules and rebuilt the schema using "Ensuring Schema Integrity on Upgrades"
Set /<Drupal>/sites/default/files to 777 and cleaned out template_c
Now I get a "Cannot find the page" error when running the upgrade script

Make sure civicrm module is not disabled - http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Upgrade+Drupal+Sites+to+3.1#UpgradeDrupalSitesto3.1-4.DisableallCiviCRMintegration%2Fextensionmodules%28NOTCiviCRMitself%29

If above is not the problem, you might want to do a forum search, as there are many posts related to "page not found".
