I do not believe there is anything like objective in this sort of stuff, we all look at software through the glasses of our own needs, likes and dislikes....

Having shared that bit of filosofy, there are some sites, just Google with 'compare CRM' or something like that.
In my surroundings I compare CiviCRM to the others, and the thing that makes CiviCRM different is that it is not based on an account/contactperson relationship but far more on a triangle person/household/organization. This makes it in my opinion more useful for non-commercial usage, compared to the others.

Do you have the short descriptions of the others?
