Can you examine the error log to see what the error is?

Where should I look for the error?  Nothing in cpanel error log.

I get this error a lot in error_log:

[01-Jun-2010 18:23:20] PHP Notice:  Undefined variable: return in /home/dateof5/public_html/KOFC5452.ORG/modules/mod_jrpassphrase/mod_jrpassphrase.php on line 56
