Warning in the settings.php file.

The following error is appearing in our website. I tried a lot but could not find a solution. Please provide me with a solution.

    * warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys.html]: The first argument should be an array in /home/newtapf/blog/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/BAO/Setting.php on line 198.
    * warning: in_array() [function.in-array.html]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/newtapf/blog/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/BAO/Setting.php on line 198.
    * warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys.html]: The first argument should be an array in /home/newtapf/blog/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/BAO/Setting.php on line 206.
    * warning: in_array() [function.in-array.html]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/newtapf/blog/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/BAO/Setting.php on line 206.

 ??? How do I resolve this issue?

Which exact CiviCRM version are you using? (Please update your forum profile.)

Assuming it’s 2.2.9: are you on a multilingual website?
