Event Registrants getting periodic errors: user browser issues? Caching?

Event Registration. I'm getting feedback from registrants, and have discovered that about 20% of the time they get an error when clicking on "continue" at the bottom of the page.
I have Joomla caching turned off. Any chance this can be the cause? I also note that after making changes to content in general, I have to clean the cache in Joomla to see the changes, i.e. it seems like caching, although turned off, is still working.

Also, is there anybody else experiencing this problem with user browser issues?

I was able to register from above url. No errors.

But if I use below url I get error.

So I would recommend you should redirect your domain to "http://www.torontosportscouncil.ca" when someone tries to access "http://torontosportscouncil.ca"
