How to administer tag sets?

Congratulations on the public alpha for 3.2, oh civi-dudes!

The new Tag Set feature looks interesting, but I couldn't see how to maintain them on the sandbox. Could you supply pointers, please?

Thanks for the prompt response, Xavier!

Unfortunately, I cant see an Add Tag Set button on the Sandbox... is it missing or am I taking a "man look" (ie, the male propensity to not look properly)?
