How do I make a 'public' event?
October 23, 2007, 11:09:58 am
Hello,

I'm building a Drupal shopping cart for a non-profit organization.  I'm new to civicrm, but got it installed and running correctly.  When I create an event, it works fine, but a user needs to have an account to be able to sign-up for the event.

See attached error message.

Is there a way to make events 'public', so a user doesn't have to sign-in before signing up for the event?

Thank you!

Brady

I guess you are talking about Event Registration.

1. Please check profile settings that you have added for your Event Registration Page. Make sure "Used For" : Profile is checked.
2. Check your drupal access control. Anonymous user should have permission: "profile listings and forms".
