Trying to get membership level to show up on public membership directory profile
June 09, 2010, 01:07:20 pm
So I have successfully built my site and implemented CiviCRM. I have a membership directory created, with name, employer, and a few other custom fields. I also have it filtered using a Smart Group search.

However, I'd like a column listing individual's membership levels, and for the life of me, I can't figure it out. When I go to my Civirm profile for the Membership directory and try to add a field for membership, I didn't see a listing for "membership type" which would ideally list the specific membership level for each individual in my organization's membership. Also, when I do create a field, listed as "membership" and I try to click the "result column" that would allow that particular record to appear, I recieve an error message stating "Ooops, Membership can not be used as a Result Column for profile searches."

Any help at all would be graciously appreciated!

if this is not possible via profiles you could look at using Views to do this i suspect
