So long as you select United States as the country, the state / prov field works correctly.  If you pick any other country, then a province, the data is not displayed on the confirm page.  

    State / Prov is a required field

However, if you look down at the data field, the province is now displayed, and one additional click on the continue button submits the form just fine.

    New South Wales  State / Prov is a required field.

you should consider upgrading to the latest supported release (3.1.5)
