I need to export the data from an event to create a report that uses custom fields for sorting.  When I Find Participants, I get 424, but the exported csv file contains 482 records.  If I search for contacts, and export (without the participant fields) the csv file has the correct number of records.  When I look at the duplicate records, they have the same contact ID and participant ID, so the records aren't being duplicated, although I had problems with the event being added multiple times in import before upgrading to v3.1.4.  However, some of them have a participant note that is only exported once, and some are in the export file three times.   

Any ideas would be appreciated. 

A few of them have a Participant Note that only shows up once, but only 8 out of the 58 duplicated rows have this additional information.  In reviewing the records for those participants, they do seem to all have changed Participant Status or Role (we have roles of Delegate, Observer, Alternate; and Status of Registered, Cancelled and Invited) and the records I've reviewed had changed from Invited to Registered and some then to Cancelled, or from Alternate or Observer to Registered.

When I imported these, several records were replicated multiple times, but a new Participant ID was added, so it was easy to go in and clean out the extras, but these are not the same records that happened with.

The export works fine when I'm doing an Advanced Search and exporting only the contact fields, but when I add in the Event fields, I get the extra lines.
