It's been a little over a month since our account was setup (May 6th)--do you send out an invoice each month or do we need to calculate what we owe on our own?

we send out an invoice each month and you should be receiving yours within the next few days.

I have not received an invoice yet. Checked spam folder too, nothing. Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything since we just started last month...
