Drupal admin_menu menu Item not Behaving

On a Drupal site with admin_menu installed the Home menu item in the CiviCRM menu has two items, one of them being "Drupal Menu." Problem is that it appears even for users who don't have access to admin_menu, i.e. without "access administration menu" rights. That's what I see anyhow.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Would appear to me to be a bug...

Its looks like a bug, issue filed here http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6387.
You can get patch http://fisheye2.atlassian.com/changelog/CiviCRM?cs=28360
