Problem with recurring payment frequency dropdown in Internet Explorer

I have a contribution page set up to offer a recurring payment with the option of having the donator select the frequency.

The frequency dropdown menu is not working in Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8.  It works fine in Firefox and Safari.

The page in question is: http://www.orphanagenetwork.org/index.php?Itemid=221&option=com_civicrm&view=Contributions

I'm assuming that this must be a known issue.  If someone could steer me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

any specific reason you are making that assumption?

Would be great if you can check and debug whats the issue (maybe some JS issue?). if you do find it please post so we can make the change and/or others can benefit. If you are not a developer might want to hire someone to help you with this

None of us on the core team run windows and hence kinda hard for us to debug and fix (yes, we know, IE is the most used browser etc).

Lob,

I just assuming that since half the world uses IE that this issue would have come up before.

How would I go about debugging the JS on the form?  Can you point me in the right direction?

(I also found another forum posting relating to setting up hooks; if I can't solve this IE issue that may be my only other option.)

sorry, no idea what tools to use to debug on IE. I assume there are some firebug type tools on IE and a quick search on Bing should find them :)
