Hello there ~

Need a basic overview.  We have installed Joomla and CiviCRM.  The users in Joomla currently are administrators.  We have a Master List of Contacts in CiviCRM.  We have created an event.  How do we give the Contacts in the Master List login access so that they can register for the Event?
