install error no packages folders etc

i'm getting the following error

my provider says that "The file permissions seem correct, as PHP has the correct permissions when you are trying to install and run the module."

I’m sorry, but we don’t have any experience in setting up CiviCRM on a Windows host; you might have more luck asking the people in this topic.

…maybe PHP/CiviCRM has wrong directory separator setting and tries to create impossible directory? (It seems to want to create /CustomerData/webspaces when \CustomerData\webspaces apparently exists already.)
