I'm looking at CiviCRM as well as other solutions for a small non profit.  I'm curious whether we can track all of these things effectively with CiviCRM.

My primary concern having only spent a couple of minutes perusing the demo is:
Can you track both sales and donations with CiviCRM?  We receive donations, but we also have income from retail and wholesale sales, mostly of books we publish.  In addition we also receive revenue from students who pay fees to participate in our programs.  Can CiviCRM track all of these activities?

I would also like a solution that has student tracking and scheduling as lead management for both sales and donations.

Does any one have any thoughts as to whether CiviCRM may be the right solution for us?
