Sending automatic email for Meeting activities
June 20, 2010, 06:07:22 pm
Hi there

Is there a way to set up an automatic email to be sent out whenever I create an Activity that is a meeting? I want to be able to schedule meetings within CiviCRM and email any participant that has been invited.

I'm new to CiviCRM so please let me know if there is another function in CiviCRM that allows me to do something similar (Events seems like too big of a function for just a meeting?).

Thanks in advance

No by default, you'd have to write a hook.
