Hi there

My question is how can I handle the following issue: On the event dashboard I see an overview of the current events. When I click on the counted link in the participants column, I get a good list /search list with the participants on that event. In this view I need to have the data from the field "Employe of" (Relational type field) or in other word I need to have the company name in a additional colum.

Is it in general possible to customize this columns? Is there another way to geht a list including the company name of a participant? Maybe with a self made report?

Nope.

You will have to modify CiviCRM code base to add this extra column. I would not recommend it.

Yes, IMO you should develop report according to your need.
