CiviMail Reports
May 03, 2007, 11:36:22 pm
I just sent my first mass email using CiviMail!! ;D  I sent an email to a list of over 11,000 and now I'm trying to find out how my email did, meaning I want to see a report of the bounces and such. I went to civimail > mailings > reports but all I get is a black screen. I reload the page to see if it comes up with something, but nothing. So my question: is a list of 11,000 too much for the system to handle? Should I send future emails to smaller batches?

Thanks.

I hope and assume u first tried your setup with smaller lists and made sure things are working. Also have u set up the cron job etc to actually send the email?

The blank page is a php error, so u'll need to check your apache/php error logs

I did test the system with a smaller list and all worked fine. I'll check the error logs and report back. thanks.
