Hi All,
after i did a clean install of Joomla Version 1.5.18 and i install the latest civicrm-3.2.beta2-joomla-alt.
i followed the instructions and managed to create "Contribution Page" for Member Signup and Renewal which is basically a copy of the preferences from the Civicrm joomla demo!

then i add to the main menu a menu item "Contribute!" >>> CiviCRM Contribution Pages >>> "Member Signup and Renewal" (all based on the instructions)

when i click on the menu item at the front page i get the following:

"Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
The requested Profile (gid=) is disabled, OR there is no Profile with that ID, OR a valid 'gid=' integer value is missing from the URL. Contact the site administrator if you need assistance."

i looked around in the forums for a solution but still did saw an clear answer? anyone have an idea to solve it?

there is no "Include Profile" in the Contribution Page i left it on -select-

I just setup a contrib page on a v3.2 beta site and it worked fine. So I don't think there are bugs in the code.
If you don't have any profiles associated with the contrib page, it's odd that you're getting profile errors.

I'd recommend first going through your existing contrib page config settings carefully -- make sure it's active, and there are no screwy settings. If the error persists, try creating a new contrib page with minimal settings and see if you can create a menu link.

Remember that you're using a beta version, so there's a possibility that there are bugs impacting it.

your second menu item (to the same contrib page) seems to be working fine.
the first menu item must have some old metadata stored in it that is screwing things up. maybe you started by making that a different type of menu item and then switched it to the contrib page?
i would just delete the menu item and create a new clean one
