Is there a Drupal addon that would allow us to send invoices. Such as this member is up for renewal, click to send invoice. ANd it would send it via email?

i dont think so.  however do check the UpdateMembershipRecord.php which sends and email reminder. You can probably tweak that code to send an invoice

if you do so, please contribute your changes back so others can benefit
