Support recurring intervals rechecks itself

I'm setting up a contribtion page and in the Contribution Amounts section I have checked Recurring Contributions and Monthly but everytime I uncheck Support Recurring Intervals and click save it always rechecks itself. I would like people to donate monthly but not have the option for different intervals. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a bug, can you file an bug report in jira (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM?report=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.project:roadmap-panel)

I have noticed this before but wasn't sure if it was a bug.
