3.2 issues should be here or on the Jira?

I opened 3.2 beta 2 issues on the JIRA. What is the guideline as far as what goes on the forum versus the JIRA for 3.2 beta testing?

( they are at http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6415  and  http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6414 )

The blog post announcing the release suggested putting them here, presumably to make it easier for non-techie users.

I have been putting them in both places and linking from here to Jira so that they can be appropriately managed but non-techie users can see they've already been reported.
