The unsubscribe links are not working

Hi,

On a clean url drupal multilingual website, the unsubscribe link doesn't work:

http://www.example.org/index.php?q=civicrm/mailing/optout&reset=1&jid=68&qid=549&h=8f408de0531f5029
(access denied)

But if I write it clean
http://www.example.org/civicrm/mailing/optout&reset=1&jid=68&qid=549&h=8f408de0531f5029

it does

Is there a way so the optout link respects the clean url ?

Hm, CiviCRM/CiviMail should generate clean URLs if Drupal is so configured; can you double-check your config?

If CiviMail keeps generating non-clean URLs when other parts of CiviCRM do generate clean URLs then it’s a bug, please file an issue.

I can confirm the OPT-OUT link is not clean.

Here's one from a recent mailing.

I've posted the 'unclean URL' as an issue in Jira. 
Also, Make sure anonymous and authenticated users have "access CiviMail subscribe/unsubscribe pages" checked.
