Where do I find the following text:
The information you provide will NOT be shared with any third party organisations.

Thank you for getting involved in our campaign!

I'd like to change it to say something else but can't find it.

If you check your contribution page, default Supporter profile will be included in it.
You can find the above text in Supporter Profile Post help. Go to Profile settings and you can change it.
