ConfigAndLog - Busy Site and Logs grow without bounds

in civi 3.1.4 is there any log file management solution in place? i have debug turned off and still my files grow like mad. (i have busy sites). do i have to setup a cron jon to truncate/manage these files?

the templates_c/.../ConfigAndLog directory is where these little devils reside.

i don't see any mention anywhere about this being addressed in 3.1.5.

This is been fixed in 3.2, check http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-5610

Oh dear, better update then, as this file is huge. Before I do though, can I safely delete this file and let it rebuild? Need to free up some space right now.

I am still experiencing issues with this with CiviCRM 4.3.5 on Wordpress.  The client's site has a Limited Disk space of 100MB, and we have already exceeded this twice in about a month's period due to the logs.
