I have sent a few people to the site and they all have a common problem.
Once they log in there is no clear instructions on how to view Civicrm.
Using drupal redirect maybe it could go right to the civi dashboard?
Or
Make a bold text saying
Click Here (http://demo.civicrm.org/drupal/) to view CiviCRM
Just a thought.
I would be more then happy to set it up.
Also using Recordmydesktop I would be more then willing to put together a video to show some of the features.

Alfred - thx for the feedback / suggestion. I've updated the demo home page content to include a "New to CiviCRM" section near the top with links to the tutorial/screencasts that Mari Tilos has been creating for us - and a link to the CiviCRM Dashboard. Let me know if that helps get folks on track.
