hey folks,

trying to get civicase configured for the first time. having lots of fun!

i would like to create a new profile for creating an individual and have that be the form that gets pulled up when i am creating a new case. right now there is one profile (seems to be ID #4) that gets popped open. can i use another one?

any help would be greatly appreciated...

Not at this time. It uses the profiles that are marked "reserved" in the database.
But you can edit that New Individual profile.
