Cron causes an unrecoverable error.
July 15, 2010, 01:06:47 am
Hi Everyone.

Im having an issue running the Drupal cron job with my CiviCRM install. I found a small php block on the CiviCRM Wiki to show upcoming events and it caused an error when i saved it. I went into phpmyadmin and deleted the block from the back end as i couldn't access the UI and i could now get back onto the web page.

However when i run Cron the "A non recoverable error has occurred" message comes back up and the block that should have been deleted appears in the header. I have checked phpmyadmin to see if there is anything that i can find to delete and there is nothing that appears to be this block.  ???

Any ideas?

Thanks everyone

@chelcone,

Can you please identify the php block? Have you spoken the the author on the wiki to ask what possible links might persist?

Ken

I managed to fix the problem. I also tried making a page with the code embedded and i didn't close a statement. However i couldn't access the page from the Drupal UI so i had to delete it from the node table in phpmyadmin. Thanks for your reply.
