"In Group" filter is missing from the "Find Contacts" screen

In CiviCRM 3.2 beta 4, the "in group" filter is missing from the screen "Search -> Find Contacts"

I see this as well on the sandbox site.
It definitely was not present in beta 3.
support CiviCRM through 'make it happen' initiatives!

This is not a bug :-). Some clever sandbox user was playing with Global Settings > Site Preferences on the sandbox site and unchecked 'Groups' in the Contact Search preferences.

You mean to say there is a checkbox for controlling that part of contact search? Do some people use CiviCRM without the need for groups? Yet not a check box for "miles" on the proximity search?   Makes sense to me.   ;)

Hmm - Km's only are supported in current custom proximity search because that was what the folks who spent time and resources developing it and contributing it needed it to do.
