Event online reg mgmt form should have wysiwyg

In the event management tools, the online registration tab has several textarea fields (registration, thank you, confirmation) that should have the WYSIWYG editor enabled.

Since entered values in this textareas is emailed to user ( text and html ), it is kept as simple textarea.

There is a separate field for the content inserted in the email. These fields are for what's displayed on screen during the three steps, so I think they definitely would benefit from having the editor toolbar.

Yep - there fields populate content for the online registration pages so HTML editor support makes sense.
