I am trying to configure CiviCRM already I stalled at the first difficulty:

Installed on drupal 6.17, correctly configured (it seems) and create user groups and permissions management CiviCRM

1. from this user create a group just created can not see it if you, as the group admin exist!
2. this amount of user names, ditto, but if you do not see them later as admin there!
3. idem administrative> Customize,> menu, I see no list, if you create a new menu, although not visible from aministrazione, then in the black menu bar appears, if as admin by ditto

4. I create permissions to "cascade" or a user1 should only handle the contacts he imported / created and only his email, various utenti2 (above) should see all accounts and all mail utenti1 ascribed to them

Ideas?

Have you considered using ACL's in CiviCRM, check http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC32/Access+Control
