Were using v3.0.3

We can't seem to retrieve bounce data from the return path account.

When I run CiviMailProcessor directly it get the following response:
"connecting to 127.0.0.1 and authenticating as bouncehandler"

So it appears that it is connecting to the correct mail account.

However the bounces that I see returned in the account are not reflected in the mailing report or on the contact records.

The mail process was not able to log in to the account.

It would be nice if this was reported as an error back to the browers. Only found it in the server error log as an uncaught expection ezcMailTransportException
