Radio Buttons not displaying correctly
July 21, 2010, 12:25:47 pm
Hi,

I'm new to civiCRM, I created a custom data and made a profile out of there, once I made the profile and waz previewing, the radio buttons aren't aligned properly.

I have a <br> tag after my radio buttons on the custom data so that the options are on different lines. I realize that civi was designed to have a space after each radio button but if you put a <br> after each entry, the space carries over and is displayed in the other line so the radio buttons look off. I have attached a picture with this, can anyone help on how to remove that space please?

Thanks in advance
-Sulav

is this custom data?

if so, rather than put in <br> tags, why don't you try setting the display style to "tab" in the custom data group Settings or...

set the "Options Per Line" variable in the custom data field to "1"

a backup plan would be to use CSS, rather than <br> tags to set display style to block

thanks stoob setting the options per line to 1 worked.

The css for the preview is messed up again though, I don't know why but the css (preview) resets itself (or it does appear to me) everytime I change something major. Any ideas?
