Customize left column

I need to replace "New Individual" in the left column with "Find Contacts".

Since I'm new to CiviCRM, can someone please point me in the right direction?

It sounds like you're using Drupal and you're asking about the blocks in the left sidebar region. If that's correct, then see this handbook: http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/block

If that's not correct, then please clarify.
